As part of Play Hollow's mission to be part of the village raising our children, we are developing programs, collaborations, and partnerships to help our local as well as global community.  Below you will find more information about local resources, our store initiatives and rewards, as well as our donations to help those in need.  

PROFIT DONATION

This year, 1% of our profits will be donated to Doctors Without Borders.  Founded in 1971 in France, this independent organization brings medical care to those who need it most.  Helping in over 70 countries affected by natural disasters, war, conflict, and epidemics, Doctors Without Borders works independent from government funding to ensure their mission of neutral and impartial care and supplies.

DISCOUNT PROGRAM

We are excited to team up locally with LifeWorks Community Action: Immigrant Services.  Any customers who bring in gently used clothing, blankets, & toys as well as sealed diapers and formula for donation will receive 10% off of their purchase or can choose to donate their 10% discount to LifeWorks Community Action or Doctors Without Borders  (some brand exclusions apply).

CONSIGNMENT SHOP

We are happy to be making our boutique consignment sale year-round! In our efforts to become more sustainable and helping our local economy and village, we invite local parents who are interested in selling the following items at Play Hollow:

*gently used cloth diapers

*new or gently used natural fiber apparel 

* new or gently used natural toys with all parts

Lending Library: Find our local shelf with parenting and childhood development books free of cost.  Need a book? Take it.  Are you done with a book and think another caregiver could use it? Leave it with us.
