Summer Kick Off - Vendor Information

INTERESTED VENDORS:

We, Dayanis and Natalia, are looking forward to highlight all the wonderful businesses and vibrant community that is right here in Ballston Spa and Saratoga County.  We want to celebrate our diversity and highlight all the amazing businesses that are RIGHT HERE, locally!

The following lists the requirements needed to participate as a vendor at all levels:

  • Vendors are required to bring their own tents, chairs, tables, and display to accommodate a 10x10 area
  • Event setup starts at 8 AM, event runs from 10 AM to 2 PM, and breakdown starts at 2 PM

Food Vendors:

  • Copy of Insurance naming DB Trends and Play Hollow as additional insured
  • Copy of permits - NYS & NYS Sales Tax Certificate

Non-Food Vendors: 

  • Copy of Liability Insurance naming DB Trends and Play Hollow as additional insured
