5/16 Yoga for Kids - Sat May 16 at 11 AM

One half hour of yoga followed by a half hour of free play.  Adults can drop off or drop in! An opportunity to move our bodies and connect to our breath and eventually find some stillness and quiet.  Taught by Cailtin Parwana who completed her initial 200-hour teacher certification locally in 2015, & her 500-hour certification the following year at Samyak Yoga School in Mysore, India during an immersive 5-week study.  Caitlin practices and teaches ashtanga, vinyasa, pre- and post-natal, and gentle yoga.
